I frantically came in about five minutes before closing to secure a new storage unit because I needed to move some things that evening. I fully expected to feel rushed or awkward knowing this wasn’t a quick, two-minute transaction—but Dell and Connie never made me feel that way for a second. Even knowing they’d be working well past closing, they were patient, calm, and genuinely kind the entire time. Connie is a fantastic trainer—steady, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in doing things right. You can tell she sets the tone and takes pride in making sure everything is done thoughtfully. Dell, who just started less than a week ago, was such a bright spot. His demeanor was instantly calming and kind, and he made what started for me as a stressful, guilt-ridden last-minute situation feel easy and manageable. He walked me through everything clearly, answered every question without hesitation, and even showed me more affordable options—no pressure, no upselling, just honest help. On top of the great service, the facility itself is spotless, well-designed, and feels very secure. The access codes, floor-only access, and overall setup gave me a lot of confidence, and I was genuinely impressed by how spacious even the smaller units felt. For a brand-new CubeSmart location, this was an excellent first impression. Huge thanks to Dell and Connie for staying late, showing up with such good energy, and making the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. Looking forward to seeing you both again in the future.
