After researching A/C storage units in Tampa, close to South Tampa as possible, 1st I did see deals like $1 for 1st month AC discounted rates but it meant having to drive much further, I did extensive! Research on all the big and small storage units and this by far is the best all-around value, Comfort, he's customer service location all the way around! I can't say how happy I am that I went with Palma ceia storage, first Helen point of contact is the best! She's Beyond helpful, friendly kind goes above and beyond! Not to mention when researching other storage units With "AC" all other storage entities considered A/C as keeping units at 85°! At Palma ceia storage it's 74°! I don't need to tell you what a difference that makes when working and shuffling things around and still comfortable! enables me to do as much as I need to! To say the prices are competitive is a massive understatement! With varying discounts weather it be first month or other specials just like all other storage units businesses... however! this is one of a kind.. another High point Beyond clean, I didn't see dirt, dust or anything I've seen in reviews of other storage units, I looked at multiple sizes, multiple units all honestly looked brand-new! And the majority of the units have been completely redone so Anna since they are all brand new that's how clean they were. When going to unload and load the process is so smooth and I love that it's on MacDill the location, honestly if you want a storage unit that has the best of EVERYTHING! in , near South Tampa this is it! Helen again is beyond helpful and amazing By the way if you end up going please mention Jennifer sent you.. seriously it will help :-) They also have in the office when you go in everything you need to package items boxes tape blockers everything you need again to package or store or send anything right there.

This facility is the friggin best. So convenient, so accessible, and Bob is The Man. I needed a place to store delicate goodies prior to a move, and these guys went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. Bob talked me out of a larger unit than I needed, saved me money on a lock, helped me find the perfect location within, and has genuine care for everyone who walks through the door. I felt like a VIP every time I stored anything, and all the customers I met were likewise super nice. It’s old school like the rest of the plaza with killer stores, and I dig it. As I only needed this for 1.5 months, Bob made it easy to turn off auto pay while offering a lifeline if needs changed. I admittedly never used climate controlled storage before, and thought I’d be getting Storage Wars. Instead I got a red carpet experience at a great price, with outstanding customer service. Moving only a few minutes up the road, these guys are on my list of top vendors should I need storage again.

We’ve had our storage unit a little over a year now I believe and I can still probably one of the nicest air conditioned local spots around. Every associate has always been incredibly friendly when we come in and out or if we have any questions etc. Facility has moving supplies for purchase and dollys and carts to use to move things in and out. Also space is exceptionally clean as well.

My family and I have been renters at Palma Ceia Self Storage for the past five years. It has always been so easily accessible and a great place for us to store extra furniture, financial records, decorations, etc. Recently, Sue and Burnett Pest Control, went above and beyond when I thought I saw a moth in our unit. Their attention to detail and concern for our belongings gave me absolute confidence that our items are safe and secure there. They even went so far as to move all of our items out of our unit and into another to make sure that there were no problems - keeping in constant contact with me and even waiting until late in the afternoon to walk me through it. I couldn't believe that they would go to such lengths to make sure everyone's belongings were safe! 5 stars from me, and many thanks that there are still businesses out there that care about their customers, and not just the bottom line!
