I’ve used a few storage facilities over the years, and Titusville Self Storage has easily been the best experience. The property is well lit, clean, and clearly looked after, which immediately sets it apart. I never had any concerns about access or security.

Please do not use this storage company. The company lost my items then continue to charge me for a different unit. Upon realizing my items were missing from a building they closed down without notifying me they moved my items without my consent. The owner could only say he picked up two guys he do not know where they moved the items. The fact they were not employees they should have been supervised. I were instructed to meet them with 200 cash only. I arrived they could not find my items. I only agreed to the cash because I needed my items. I should have been suspicious when they requested cash only versus debit. The bookkeeper continued billing me asking I pay for someone else unit regardless of the number of times I notify it were not my unit. The fact is if the person in the wrong unit were paying they would have realize they were billing me for wrong unit. I use other storage units in the area without any problems. I do not want it to happen to your family because they are not organize and unethical. It is the reason majority of their units are empty. You can look on my reviews I gave the other storage company 5 stars because your items will be there. I now have to take legal action against the company when I just wanted my items I placed there.
