This facility is currently under repair from the past hurricanes of 2024. They are working very hard here to get the property up to standards. The owners are wonderful people and they are hard workers. They take the time to listen to you and take care of your needs. They made me very happy. Thanks Greg and Tina.
Justin PenningtonDue to flooding they are asking everyone to move out which I understand. They are suppose to be open on Saturdays but the gate is locked. They will surely still charge you though. Once they re open I highly recommend looking at other options aside from this company. Because of their new management doesn't provide good oversight, homeless are allowed to hoard stuff here.

KLM Property Services LLCGreg was fantastic. Really appreciated him helping us out. The property is on the older side, but at the end of the day, it's concrete block and metal, which is perfect. I don't necessarily want to pay hundreds of dollars more at another company bc they decided to put a 100ft green LED sign on their building. This is how storage should be.
