I cannot recommend STOR Self Storage of Zephyrhills U-Haul location enough! I was having a stressful time trying to secure a truck for my move, but Kerry absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was friendly, professional, and took the initiative to solve my scheduling issues. The truck was clean, in great condition, and ready when promised. I had a wonderful experience renting a U-Haul truck at the U Stor storage facility, thanks to Kerry. She was extremely professional, thorough, and efficient throughout the entire process. Most importantly, she was genuinely pleasant and made what can often be a stressful task feel easy and smooth. Kerry took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left. They are always very rude. My husband and I have had a storage here for years.And we finally moved out and went down the road. There is a lady that has been there since we opened. Her and her husband were there before, and now I only see her. She is very mean. They have new management again. I think it has changed like five or six times since I have been there. Some of them were all right. The good ones don't last long because I don't think they like it there. There's a young girl who's very nice but I don't see her much anymore. So much of our stuff was ruined by being in there. So much dirt goes under the door. So filthy. We used to have an air conditioning unit inside, but it was always so hot.I didn't see the need to pay all that money for air conditioning. At least maybe my stuff wouldn't be filthy.

Dreamweaver Oddity

Took a tour last week, and the place is pretty run down. I would not feel safe, storing my things here. The inside of the storages are very dirty. The walls are a hodgepodge of different materials, and look like they're about to crumble down. I asked to use the bathroom and they keep it locked. They have to unlock it for you. There are a few newer places down the road.I ended up going to one of them.
