Lindsey FordIf I could give ZERO stars I would. Whatever you do DONT use this storage unit. WASTE of everything we have been storing due to infiltration of rats!!!!!! I have never in my life seen so much rat poop in one area! My stuff would have been better off in my crawl space or in my garage at my home. This is beyond infuriating! Items in containers closed up and they still managed to get inside, cardboard boxes off the floor on furniture demolished eaten away by the rats! Everything I had is completely destroyed by rats feces! Made a comment on social media and my comment was removed. Not even an explanation or I’m sorry. NOTHING!!!! My next step is contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! How can you charge someone to store their stuff and not take care of the customer! I would be embarrassed if I wears a business owner and my customers had to experience rats! Beyond disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This one deserved a review to help others not use this storage unit!!! Stay far away!
Ingrid LEICHERThe only reason I am giving one star is because it is impossible to give zero. My unit have been infiltrated by rats. I have contacted management at the beginning of December but nothing has been done and it is worse every time I get there. There is rat feces everywhere, they even managed to chew through boxes and now there is rat poop in the boxes and on my belongings. The unit reeks of urine. The rats chewed some of my belongings and made nests. I have numerous pictures

You’ve always provided a sense of comfortability since day one! You guys have always looked out for me and my possessions and I'm 100% certain that the big guys would never do that! Anyways, THANK YOU! YOU GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE! I sleep very well at night knowing my belongings are in your hands! 🙏
Lisa LingerfeltThe website has not allowed me in for the last 6+ months. My account has been reset many times. The grounds in ball ground seem to be overgrown frequently and trash left by others not taken care of. It is convenient for my needs and not expensive
