I had high hopes for storing my stuff here. But I have several issues - when I opened my outside storage, there was a large pile of reptile poop, the door was impossible to open and close, and the evidence of rodent infestation was clear. With the monthly cost, I would expect a cleaner and better maintained facility.

Stored a lot of stuff there for several months. The staff is friendly and personable. They came out to open the gate for me a couple of times when the keypad wasn't working. Part of the units are on gravel (we have lots of rain here, so be prepared for puddles on the driving surfaces during rainy season) and part are on paved surface. Be prepared, this is the mountains: there are many bugs and spiders, so make sure your items are in sealed boxes. I, personally, had no issues at all here.

Really not a good place to store anything you really want to keep it started out good but as time went by it got worse and these people will not work with you at all I got behind on my rent for one month and I never got a phone call or a letter nothing until one day I went to get some of our pictures of our kids and grandkids out of our unit I found out that I was locked out of the gate and couldn't get in to my unit so I came back the next day and talked to the lady and she told me my unit was going to be auctioned off that afternoon now my unit rent is only 70 dollars a month and I was just one. behind but that one month I was behind ended up costing me 140 dollars and a 75 dollar auction cancelled few plus another 100 for something I don't remember but anyways I had to come up with 345 dollars before 4 pm that same day and God willing I came up with it and when I paid all that I then was able to go to my unit to find my lock had been cut and we had alot of our stuff missing and when we asked about it nobody knew anything needless to say after that it ended up costing us everything we ever owned becouse while I was out of town working everything was sold so fair warning if you want to keep your stuff then don't use this company are you will lose everything plus when I did go pay my rent the office had a strong smell of pot like someone was. smokeing pot so im warning everybody stay away from this place .

These ladies are just as friendly and nice as can be they keep the grounds and parking lot for campers and boats is neat and clean and were such a big help when we were looking for a place they were full but found a way to accommodate us it was a blessing that come just in time I really appreciate how helpful they were.

Great storage facility. I just wish the doors were easier to open. I pulled a muscle in my back, trying to open my outdoor unit.
