I’ve seen a lot of changes over the years, and the new smart high-tech system they’ve introduced really takes things to the next level. The new app is a huge convenience — I can easily open the gate right from my phone as I drive up, which makes accessing my unit faster and smoother than ever. I’ve worked with Craig on several occasions, and he’s always been incredibly helpful and professional. He’s hands-on with everything — whether it’s helping with account details, maintaining the property, or keeping everything spotless and secure. You’ll often see him around the grounds making sure the buildings and facilities stay in top shape. It’s clear that Midgard truly cares about their customers and their property. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and modern storage facility.

My movers were coming on Tuesday and there was a delay getting the keys to my new house. I was panicking and new to the area! I found this storage place less than a mile from my house! They helped me pick out a size I would need based on the size of house I had in Alabama. It was perfect!! The price was prorated & very reasonable. The entire process was easy! The virtual person inside was a bit strange at first, but we shared the same first name “Beth” and all was good. Thank you for being there and moving truck had easy access to deliver my stuff! I strongly recommend this storage place to anyone in need!
