My experience with Extra Space Storage has been excellent so far. Michael the manager and Robert have been able to answer all my questions and take care of all my needs in obtaining new parking spaces for my RV and boat. Michael made it so easy in uploading my required documents in their system for me. Michael and Robert were easy to talk with and helpful with answering website and Extra Space Storage app questions. I enjoy the app being able to open the gate not having to put in a gate code upon every visit. The site and parking spaces are brand new and clean. Lines and numbers marking the spots for parking make it very easy to identify my spot for parking. Location near my home is an added bonus. I highly recommend this storage facility for your storage needs!!!!

This is actually my second review on my experience. I moved from California to Cartersville, Georgia and of all the people I had to deal with along the way, Mike from ExtraSpace storage was the nicest. He was the nicest, the most professional, and quite frankly the most fun. I'm in my unit Now, The unit is very nice and clean and I'm very happy with it. I love that they had a month for free! After the booking, the following day, I was followed up by a phone call from the local facility to let me know my next step. Fast, Effective and clean! This place is amazing! They have more positive energy than any place I experienced during our move.
