I absolutely love Prime Storage. I've used a few others but they by far win the prize. Bryan has made everything easy from day 1 and he still does. Anytime I need help for any reason he's never let me down. The customer service has been great as well. Thank you Prime Storage and especially Bryan!
I wish I could give less honestly. I had the unit for over a year. When I went to go get my stuff out my bed, mattress and couch was ruined from water getting into the unit. I emailed the manager with pics and got no response. I emptied the unit and called to cancel service the lady said she would take care of it. They called and harassed me for a week saying I was late on my payment even though I cancelled it. I finally got ahold of a person she said she saw in the computer where I called and cancelled didn’t know why they were calling and harassing me. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!!!!!!!
BEWARE - BAIT & SWITCH I signed a lease for a storage unit here in mid Sept of 2025 for $86 a month. I recently received an email from Prime Storage stating that as of Jan 01 2026 that my monthly charge would go from $86 to $146 a month. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. This can be confirmed of other reviewers before me stating the same thing. This is a bait and switch scenario where they give you a "great and competitive" monthly charge but NEVER tell you up front that this is a "promotional" charge and that in 1-3 months your monthly charges will damn near double. That being said, I called their main number which is stated in some of their review responses. I spoke to Adam who is a district manager and informed him of my issues. Adam was EXTREMELY helpful and listened to me inform him of the unacceptable business practices that are being used by Prime Storage. He did revert my monthly charges back to this promotional pricing I had previously but said it will not always be like this. I will cross that bridge later on if and when that changes. For this I want to let everyone know that Adam gets a huge five stars***** for listening to me vent and then doing what any company with good customer service should do and that is making the customer happy. If you are experiencing something like this or others prior to me, give Adam a call. I can't guarantee he will fix all your issues but after speaking with him I can guarantee he will at least listen to you and try his best to make things right. This paragraph is for Prime Storage corporate. You need to train your sales associates better by one of two ways. You either honor your "promotional" pricing throughout the entirety of the lease OR you inform the customer that this is a promotional price and you can expect your charge to increase after this promotion. You then inform the customer how long this promotion lasts and after that you can expect an additional "xyz" afterwards. This allows the customer to get all the information they need to compare and make further decisions. But you certainly don't hide things in fine print and state you reserve the right to change pricing. Nobody likes the bait and switch !!!! The last thing I'll recommend to Prime Storage, when a customer calls to "reserve" a unit, please don't lie to the customer and tell them that your 30 day reservation will be just for them for the 30 days. If a reservation is created, please be upfront and honest and inform the customer that if someone else wants that unit that it could be leased out from under you. Oh and a courtesy call prior to all of that would be nice. Ask me how I know !!!!
My wife and I rented a unit here for some excess storage needs. We came back to Prime Storage because we like the facility and Adam was fantastic to work with and very friendly. Much preferable to using the automatic kiosk! We are very happy with the experience.
Adam, the property manager, was amazing. My move had me beyond stressed, but my experience with him helped to take a load of additional stress off my chest. So far so good.
They played the ole switch a roo. They baited with $109 per month. Tacked on a $17 insurance fee per month. Then on my third month they raised my rent $65 for a total of $191 for a 10x10. That’s how it is once you’re all nice and settled.
