Quick and easy
I had to overcome not being able to find my actual storage unit. Having done so I realize this facility is extremely functional for me .

Photo Misleading
Not as described. Good thing the unit rented is next to the gate. Any large truck or trailer could not maneuver this facility. Online I was charged for a lock and told to report to office upon arrival. There is no office, and I await a refund on the pre-paid lock on next month's bill. The space is adequate with duct tape on the ceiling installation. Hoping it does not leak. Roaches and spiders met me at the roll up door.

Mission storage has a managed storage spaces. My 5" x 5" had lots of space to store my student's belongings. You will need a very strong lock.

Denesha Judkins ThrasherThis has been the worst experience ever! Please don’t rent here. Rats destroyed most of our property and the owners still charged us $250 to dispose of things covered in rat feces. No explanation, no apology, just a pending charge for them having to dispose our precious valuables that were destroyed due to poor management. Then to see a review from 4 years ago complaining of rats is pitiful. You are not fit to store people’s valuable belongings. I will make a report to the BBB. Please don’t rent here. There is a RAT INFESTATION!

Sheila CobbleI moved from another storage place to Ms Lilian’s Storage and not only is the price comparable, but the units are cleaner. The property is cleaner and communication with personnel is exceptional. I have referred their locations to my friends.
