Made a reservation for a U-Haul van online. It was very easy and Karen walked us thru on how to return it when we picked it up. She made the process very easy! She was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Recommend this location if you need a U-Haul and the location was pretty easy to get to as well.
William ReganAfter having problems with two other Uhaul rental places in town, I decided to try these guys. I'm glad I did. The staff wasn't pushy about the warranty, the truck actually was available and even had a full tank of gas. I was in and out in minutes. Had to drive just a bit out of the way from the two rental places in town but well well worth the ride. I will absolutely return!
Tricia KempfDo not rent from these thieves. I paid for my storage until the end of this month. I had my stuff out little early and was calling them on the last day to let them know that I was done renting. Well the the worker emailed me today to say "oh I see that you have moved out." I said ok and I was going to sweep it out and call them at the end of the month. She said you don't have to call, abd i already swept it out. What right does she have to go in the unit when I didn't call yet to say I was moving stuff out. I stated that I have access to the end of the month. My husband went there today and we are locked out. I emailed a few times and said that's not how you treat your customers by locking us out when we paid for the whole month. All they want to do is rent it out now to make more money. That's why they're a thief. And they are rude.

Jason BiggsI was charged for two days, even though the trailer was returned well within the 24 hour period. Upon speaking with the manager, of whom had a terrible attitude, stated she would refund the extra day but the trailer was not there. I don’t appreciate being called a liar and will never utilize this business again as a result. Terrible and slanderous customer service.
