My stressful Thursday ended immediately once Dean came to help me. I had chosen the wrong type of unit at first. The online process was giving me a fit. Then the virtual assistant was okay - but nothing compares to an actual human helping with the issues at hand. He immediately stepped into action and made my first experience at FreeUp amazing and one i will tell everyone!
