Anuket AnkhWarning to long-term renters: I started at $141/month and am now paying $248/month just over a year later. That’s over a $100 increase, applied through multiple rate hikes. Public Storage’s contract allows unlimited rent increases with notice, and there is no maximum increase or frequency limit. This is something most customers don’t fully understand when signing. If you rent here, especially long-term, be prepared for significant and repeated price increases.
