My new storage fam.
This storage company was the EASIEST COMPANY ever! I applied and paid all under 10 minutes and the storage facility is literally 7 minutes away from my home, VERY CONVENIENT. Easy access no problems whatsoever. I really couldn’t believe how no difficulties were there nice storage space 10X10 for a GREAT PRICE! I will be recommending this place to anyone.

Breakins g in all time no airbrushed spelling, hairs fence cut,
Gates cut all over from being broken into old broke down, not devoted at all, no 24 hrs surveillance, baskets nor working, some fence files not fixed knowing it's being broke into, whit gate broke task all over

Karen L. DaviesShortly after my first 1 star review I had contact with Kathryn (the new manager) and my then current issues were promptly resolved. The problems were due to a change in ownership, therefore a new website/online payment process was pending. Since it's been active, so far, so good. At that point my rating went from 1 star to 3 stars. Now that I've experienced how new management handled everyday operations a huge improvement has taken place. While sometimes it's hard to reach the property manager, she always returned my calls in a more than timely manner. Thusly I've upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Keep up the good work.☺
KBGreat office staff is great. They are on top if their accounts and are very reliable at reminding you and working with you on your payments for storage. The exit gate is broken half of the time though which is a huge security issue but I have been told that they are working to replace it. I hope they do very soon.
