Made reservations online via, selfstorage.com. Called office to confirm reservations was still available, missed out the day before because units are on first come, first serve basis. Rep confirmed reservations and I was able to book (pay) over the phone. I moved in the following day.
Great staff on deck ready to assist you. Unit was clean & sealed tight from those box eating rodents. ;)
