Prime Storage - Marietta

I moved from public storage Prime on Canton. My reason for leaving Public Storage is that after 3 months of renting a 10X15 for $218, my rent was raised to $318—no notice, no reason. A horrible way to conduct business. They are losing customers.

Clean facility customer service awesome and professional.

I almost went somewhere else because the first representative was a national rep located somewhere else across the country and was not familiar with the location I needed. She was not very helpful at all tbh but Melissa called me back and clarified the situation and earned my business. Thanks again Melissa for going over and beyond to reel me back in because I was gone. Lol

Good so far. I cam from Public storage who jacked up the price of a 10x15 by $30 after 3 months from $140 to $170. I hope this doesn't happen with Prime storage. I spoke with the store manager about this. I understand that prices may go up or down but they have to be reasonable. Being greedy doesn't help the business as clients leave and give you a bad review.

We were looking for some short-term storage while we settle out my father's estate. Kierra was very helpful in getting the paperwork done and offered useful suggestions on the unit size that we would need. The facility is clean and I believe the manager is very conscientious about making sure everyone who rents is aware of what can (and cannot) be stored in a unit for the safety of everyone else's property. The location is easily accessible and conveniently located. Highly recommended.
