When I arrived here it was a little confusing but once you read the building letters and the numbers on the door it’s pretty easy. Laura is pretty nice too. I had no problems other than the fact that it’s hard to get in and out when there are a lot of people on the A building side.
We cleaned out our storage unit a couple weeks ago and no one is ever hardly on site to physically be able make any Changes so I had to contact a 1 800 number To speak with someone. She told me to take my account off auto pay so I wouldn’t be charged and to go back and remove the lock so they can close it out and to call back. Got the lock taken off and tried to close it out in person once again no one was there. I received a text this morning that I owe money so afterwards I went in to check it out and of course no one was in there again. I called the 1 800 number back and the lady proceeded to tell me that because I use my gate code that that is why I received the text message. Well, I received the text message about a payment being due before going up there.. so that made no sense. She would not cancel it because a payment is now due over a storage unit that has been cleaned out for almost 2 weeks. Extremely aggravating and will not get a single dollar more from me. I forgot to mention about the price increase that they hit me with and left me with no choice, but to pay it or get my stuff out. Our house was damaged in the storm in our new house wasn’t ready yet so we had no choice but to pay it.
Great deals on the units and exceptional customer service. After speaking with the representative named Yasmin, I had every question answered no matter how tough it was. She went above and beyond to help me. 100% would recommend!
