When I arrived the office wasn’t open so I tried the kiosk. The kiosk kept freezing up so I called customer support number and they was no help at at all. Had to call 3 times or more to get someone on the phone and when I did finally get someone he didn’t know what to do. Thank God the office manager finally showed up and helped me.
