The staff is very professional and customer focused. They were helpful and friendly. The facility has two entrances making loading and unloading more convenient. The only downside is the unit I got was supposed to be 10x10 but it is quit a bit smaller. However, the price helps offset this disappointment. The other major issue was I could only find one cart and the handle on this one was broken.
