I use this company for storage. After 90 days I was charged $92 more dollars without notice at all. They said they mailed something to me and ai received no mail. I verified the address on file and Carol from customer service said it was not the address. Which she repeated it to me later in the conversation and it was the address. However, I never received any mail. No one notified me at the time of service that the rates will be going up. These people are stealing money. The rate they offer you IS NOT THE RATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME. They will not point this out. When you try to call they have only one customer service rep CAROL who is RUUUUUUUUUDE!!!!!!!!! I asked if she would escalate the call she said she couldn’t and no one was available. After screaming at her I finally got her to escalate the call. I had to literally scream.

I’m just starting my rental with this ESS and the store manager Quincy has already been incredibly helpful. First taking my phone call about the reservation, being transparent on the “reserve” versus actually “renting” policy and accommodating my in person check in the day before my reservation has started, he’s been great to work with. Looking forward to securing my things here.

💜 Five Stars for Mr. Quincy! 👀 Just when my review should’ve been negative (since I didn’t realize they’re closed on Sundays 😅), Mr. Quincy completely turned my experience around! After six months of having my things in storage, I finally made it over to my unit — and honestly, if it weren’t for Quincy agreeing to come help me, I would’ve been totally lost and unable to properly open or close my unit. This was my first time ever using a storage space, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Quincy even learned something new today — Extra Storage has WiFi for its customers! 😆👏 Thank you so much, Mr. Quincy! 😊 (As for Devon… I’mma plead the 5th — and I don’t even drink! 😂😜🫣)
