Nice being able to rent a unit online. Not being able to see the unit or knowing where the unit is prior to renting isn't great. Coming in the first time not knowing where you could park and off load without being a no parking/ fire zone is bad. Coming in on a Saturday a few days after renting to signs on the door saying out of order with a sad face is worse. No information. Just a truck full of stuff and no way to get in. The office is open till 3 on Saturday but no one is there, it is 1230. The phone doesn't get answered and there is no message as to how long the doors to enter the property will be out of service. Do I come back later today, next week, next month? There isn't much to mess up for a storage site review but somehow this place managed to hit nearly all of them in less than a week. My experience hasn't been great.

Laronna Dash at the valdosta ga. location was the associate that helped me with my rental. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the company's business. Everything was done over the phone! She emailed, contracts, receipts and their app info. She made something i thought was going to be a stressful transaction a stress free transaction. And the pricing, IS GRRREAT, less than 100 dollars a month for a 10x10, and i was lucky enough to get 50% discount off my first month of service. Iam flying high with Flying Tiger Storage.

Cyndi provides excellent customer service! I planned to check out a couple of storage facilities in the area, but with the combination of Cyndi’s personable service and this new and clean facility, I changed my mind real quick! I didn’t visit the other places because she won me over right there! I like that it’s conveniently located, that there’s plenty of parking, highly surveillanced, and the prices are amazingly competitive! Thinking about renting here? Do it!

went to the storage place to rent a spot. sign on the door and internet said open at 9 oclock. no one showed up to open up. finally at 9.45 i called the local number on the door. no help at all. called the on line rental number. got some one to help me and was able to rent a spot. wanted to see the spot to see if it was the size i wanted. but had to settle on a guess because no one was there when they said they would be. while i was waiting for someone 3 more people came and left because no one was there. very disappointing. teh sign on the door said open at 9.00 3 days a week. maybe you should change that
