I love living here.. for the space and area the rent is decent. It’s a very nice and peaceful place to stay. Whenever I have a maintenance issue Tiffany and Kayla take care of it as soon as I call them and someone comes over the same day to fix the issue. They are very sweet ladies who always addresses any problem or question that I have with a great attitude. I’m new to the area, only having been here a year and staying here has been a great experience for me. I will recommend The Richmond to anyone who wants to stay in a great area.

I moved from up North to Warner Robins to these apartments. From the moment I started the application process to us actually making it to the apartment, I got the BEST service from all the staff. Communication is awesome, they don't treat you like a number but like part of the family. When we my husband and I first got in we noticed a few minor issues that I brought to their attention, and they quickly resolved everything in a fast and efficient manner. They really work with you, to make sure things are right. We will be moving soon as we just purchased a house. But if I ever need a place to stay I would definitely come back to this place . If you are privileged to live in this apartments, I recommend you take pride in it as they take pride in taking care of every detail to keep you comfortable in their facilities. I truly enjoyed my time here and can't say enough great things about the whole staff and service.

I give The Richmond Townhomes 5 stars because it's a great place to live for a family. My own experience here has been great. And any maintenance issues you have will get completed within 24 hours and the office staff Tiffany is very attentive to your needs and concerns. And the apartment manager Kayla will make sure all residents needs are met. It's a just a great place to be.

My 2 years of staying here in Richmond have been absolutely remarkable! The pool is always nice and clean, management is honorable and respectful. The rooms are very roomy and clean, it’s also a safe place to stay due to on duty police. The maintenance people here are always on time when you need them and have excellent communication skills. Honestly the location is perfect and the actual space you get for the price in comparison to other apartments makes renting there worth it. Now if you are looking for competent staff that work in the office you will not get that. Honestly the ladies in the office are idiots. Kayla and Tiffany are their names. Other than poor performance in regards to maintaining the property with this ladies in charge the Richmond is a great place to be.
