I recently rented a 5’x5’ unit at Extra Space Storage on Queens St, and I had a really great experience. The first unit I was assigned had a vent at the top that cut into the space a bit, which wasn’t ideal. I mentioned it to James, and he immediately took care of it. He made switching to another unit super easy and even waived the transfer fee without me having to push for it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across customer service like that. James was professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful. He definitely deserves some recognition for how he handled everything.
