Clean, easy to use facility - friendly support staff.
Storage units are very clean and in excellent condition. 3 elevators meant almost no time waiting for an elevator. Sign-up process was easy and every interaction with the staff has been friendly and positive.

The Kapiolani Blvd is always clean and maintained. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and professional. As a longtime business owner, this attribute is very important to me. I've maintained space for over a decade in this location and have had the occasional challenge with pricing, upsizing and downsizing etc. The management team has met any issues with a resolution-based approach. I would like to shine a light on the current manager "Leina," her approach is very refreshing, friendly, professional and of course solution based.
Geek TaristI have been storing in two units on two different floors at Public Storage Kapiolani for several years: At the units, I have consistently run across Kris checking locks keeping our units safe and sweeping up. She works so hard. Kris is also very professional and helpful when manning the front desk. She has helped make the difference between my staying or moving to a different storage facility. I just met Tad today while he manned the front desk. He also was very professional and helpful. Hao has also been so helpful in the past. These employees really have made a difference for me.

She is cheerful, helpful and has an incredibly positive attitude . She is always polite and professional and goes out of her way to get the best deal for you with regard to pricing a unit. Christopher HaaeToday was my first day renting. I had a great experience earlier, storing my items. I came back a few hours later to find the office, where I needed to borrow a cart, abandoned and locked. No “Be Back In 10 Minutes” sign, no explanation, nothing. I’m here waiting to borrow a cart, and three others are here trying to return theirs (and get their IDs back). VERY poor customer service, VERY poor.
