Great professional and friendly service
For the life of me I cannot remember the young lady’s name at the front, but she was extremely helpful knowledgeable and informative, while being very professional and personable. The paperwork went quickly and she definitely knew what she was talking about. Great service and communication. I love the security level which makes me confident in the safety and security of my property. 10/10 recommend for anyone who needs storage here.
Super easy process
The management was so professional and friendly, they made the process so easy. I particularly like the complimentary combo locks on the units.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, phones aren’t answered and information for online purchases has issues and error messages that don’t allow you to proceed in rental process. I have called and asked to speak to a manger but I’m redirected to the site contact us file on the website. I would like to talk to a manager regarding our rental agreement

Great storage facility — highly recommend! We currently store our trailer and equipment here at Stor-It Self Storage, and it’s been a great experience. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which is exactly what we need as a local service company. The staff has always been professional and helpful, and the property is well maintained. As JB Services – Junk Removal & Hardscapes, having a reliable storage location like this is a big plus for our day-to-day operations. I would definitely recommend Stor-It Self Storage to anyone looking for dependable storage.
tommy tomWe had a minor hiccup when we checked in to start loading up our space, but the manager was right there and got us sorted quickly. The space is great too! The ceiling was taller than i expected, which is awesome. Great value, easy to get in the space and around the buildings, good about security. highly recommended!
Steve HeltonAfter 16 years of renting, this happens. I found a hole in the concrete floor of my unit. Reported it on Saturday to one employee and again on Sunday to another employee, both times in the office. Wrote an email to an address given to me in the office Sunday. No response. Called and the call rolled over to another location, and that employee gave me a different email address. I emailed again to the newer address (with a picture) and no response. Really difficult to understand the lack of action.
Nichole HurleyThis is specifically a bad review for Liz. And a 5 star review for Jazz. He is so so incredibly nice and helpful. The complete opposite of Liz. I’ve actually never had a bad interaction at stor it unless I am dealing with Liz. Update: I am operating a business out of the front lockers and it was jammed. She quoted me five hour wait to unlock it. Yes I did express my need and pressed her to help get into it since Im running a business out of there. I never told her to leave the baby. It was awake and she could have easily put it into a stroller or carried the newborn down. She had it unlocked in three seconds. Which REALLY made me feel like she just didn’t care and wanted to pass the buck off. That’s a frustrating feeling. I was never rude to anyone. Which is a complete lie. She was the one with an attitude cause she had to leave the front office. And honestly this wasn’t my first interaction with Liz and is and is why I left the one star review. The owner deserves insight about customer interaction.
