Easy process
Rented unit online as we were unable to get to unit during business hours. Process was easy, unit was clean and seems secure. So far, so good.

Had a little problems with the kiosk, so I had to resort to on-line check in. Took a little longer but we were successful, and got moved in.

I rented a 10x30 unit. When I went to put my stuff in the unit I had trouble getting through the gate and had to go talk to someone to get it fixed. Once in the gate there was a lock on the unit I had rented. I called for help and was told that the previous renter had not removed their lock and the only thing available was a smaller unit. I was told I would receive a refund and a discount for the inconvenience. I did not receive the refund or a discount.
Alexandra GreenReserved a unit online. The online hours said they would be open until 5pm. Arrived at 4:30pm. Employee was in the building but wouldn't open the door. Self service kiosk was broken. I will be taking my business elsewhere
