BuxBear Storage Post Falls - Climate Control

The facility is clean, the units are temperature controlled as advertised. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The app is extremely helpful to access the facility.

I was looking for a storage unit with quite a bit of room between storage units as I have a 27ft long trailer that gets pulled out frequently! Bux bear storage was able to find me a storage unit that worked for my needs, and the gentleman was very friendly doing so. This is a 24h storage unit and I feel like my storage is extremely secure. I like the way bux bear storage does buisness. Im sure there are plenty of other great reasons to help someone choose this storage facility. They med my needs while being professional. I was with them for 2 yrs before leaving in Aug 2025. I closed the account online and moved out at the end of the billing cycle and a few days after I received the final invoice with a 0 (zero) balance. Then I found out that my CC was charged for the following month. I contacted the manager repeatedly about reversing the charge and was told that the charge was a mistake and I will see the credit within 7-10 days. I'm now 30 days after and no credit. The manager keeps promising that he'll let me know the timing of the refund but does not call back. The storage unit was great but their communication leaves a lot to be desired.

A unit was put on hold for me to try and get. The meeting to look at the unit was rescheduled on the day of the meeting. Upon an early arrival, I waited past the meet time and found nobody. I rang their Ring Doorbell camera and didn't get a response. I left and got a call ten minutes later say they didn't make it and they wanted to reschedule again. Very unprofessional and not worth my time and business.
