Awesome facilty really clean easy access as well!
Lainie was an awesome property manager. She was super informative and made the whole rental process easy. Definitely recommend this location.
Very straightforward check in process, only thing is there is no parking spots outside the office. Can use cell phone Bluetooth to open the gate so I do not need to punch in passcode. Everything is well organized.
I rented before and received the same outstanding help the second time as I did the first time. A lock was found on the locker I was assigned which puzzled Lainie when I informed her, she went with me to my locker and removed it (there was a lock found inside the unit as well); as I had my lock from the last rental, she retrieved the extra locks and took care of deducting the lock price from my bill with no hassle whatsoever. Great service!
I had called several storage facilities but I chose this one because of the person in the front office. She was very thorough in explaining things to me because this was my 1st time renting a storage space. This location is really clean and I love the app that allows me to open the gate with my phone.
