I was told my rent would not go up after talking to the property many after my 3rd month. That was a lie. Not only did it go up but my rent almost doubled. I would never come back to this storage place again. Not only that I had bugs all through my furniture I had to sit somewhere else to sit out. Stink bug nest on all my furniture. Throughout all my drawers. So I'm paying at another storage facility to air out these bugs before bringing my furniture into my home another month. And there is yellow stains on my boxes and got onto some of my clothes and pillows. Thank God I didn't use boxes for

The property manager Nason is by far the nicest and most professional person I’ve dealt with in the service industry in recent times . He is an excellent representative for Public Storage.. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this Public Storage location. Moving is always stressful, and this time around was especially hectic for me, but Bryan and Nason went above and beyond to make the process smooth and manageable. From the very beginning, they were warm, welcoming, and extremely patient as I tried to get everything in order. Both of them took the time to explain all of my options clearly, answer every question I had, and make sure I felt confident with each step. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare these days to find people who not only do their job well but also make you feel like you matter as a customer. Bryan and Nason truly have top tier customer service skills. They treated me with respect, were incredibly informative, and never once made me feel rushed — even when I was juggling a lot.
