My first visit I walked in and welcomed by professional personnel, Mercedes welcomed me in while taking care of another customer she also serviced me with updated she would be with me soon, outstanding customer service. The agent allowed me to see the unit that I may be interested in immediately as I had questions and concerns, thank you for that. I must say Hillside CubeSmart Storage appears to be very clean and safe, I would highly recommend and the staff, thank you for all of your help. MsScott Update:: Second review I met Cardae (spelling ?) to finalize all of my final paperwork, when I tell you, the nicest, proficient and again another professional agent with extraordinary quality customer service, I must say, so far everyone that I have spoken to so far a total of 4 agents, thank you all so much for making this experience top Notch, I already feel I made the right choice. I highly recommend :) Yet another positive review I simply love it 1-3-2026 I went to my storage and spoke with Jieurka, such a pleasant young lady to talk to, and displayed above and beyond customer service, thank you for smiling and being so caring and a listening ear, you never know what someone is going through.
