I would recommend this storage facility to everyone.
The first time I went to the facility to set up account, I was welcomed and treated respectfully. Everything was well-explained, and we were given tour of facility. Moving in day couldn't have been easier! I love that the storage units are indoors and climate-controlled. I think the non enclosed top is an added plus. It will keep our things smelling great.
Everything worked out okay in the but we had to go twice because the first time we could not find the office at the confirmed address then got the call center which was trying to be helpful but still confusing. The second visit went much smoother and all was good the next day. We were able to meet with manager and signed contract got a tour .
