I've had a storage unit for a little over a year and I lost the key recently. They gave me a new key to the facility immediately (This is good!), and I paid $25 to have the lock cut, but didn't cut it, so when I went there a week or so later, I was still locked out. I called back a few days ago and they said I could call back to check if it was cut or not or that they would call me to tell me it was cut. I haven't called back, but they never called me either, which makes me wonder whether they ever got it cut or not. It's a fairly inexpensive place to store my stuff, but it's not insulated for well, and I worry that there will be water damage or bug's nests, because there's lots of gaping holes between the first floor and the second floor as well as spots where it looks like water had dripped all over. I had one unit that I was warned (by a parent, not by the company) not to put my items around, in case there was water damage, because of a stain on the floor, and that stain was continually there, even after I moved it from one unit to another.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I have called four days in a row about water in my storage unit. The owner/manager has not called me back. This is not the first time he would not contact me. I called months ago about snow and ice in my storage unit and only got to talk to him because I was in the office paying my bill and he happened to be there. I used this storage company because it was the least expensive and I got what I paid for. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS WITH THIS COMPANY. Several pieces of my furniture have water and moisture damage. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE STORAGE FACILITY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly staff, storage facility met my expectations, the office felt very homey and there was an adorable cat walking around. Will come back if I need to store things in the future. Was a little farther from uiuc campus than other storage places, but the pricing was great.

Staff was incredibly rude, the man who showed us the house, Robert, who was also working on one of the houses, was incredibly rude and arogant. Talked down to me and my current roommates. Refused to look at our paystubs and previous landlord letter of recommendation. We made more than 3x the total rent for the place and had all money and paperwork needed incase we decided to take it. The moment he saw us he judged immediately, I'm not sure if its because we are all gay, or the way we dressed. But after meeting us his mood changed immediately. Never recommend this place, or their properties to anyone .

I have to put 1 star just to post info.. I never will recommend this storage unit.. I rented a small unit & it was on the 2nd floor.. Very hard to get things up & down to the unit.. Who in their right freakin mind makes a building into a 2 floor storage unit?!?! Also the owner & management are shady af.. I set up auto payment thru my bank & with them 2 different managers & they were taking payment.. Then 1 day the owner called me & said I owed a couple hundred dollars.. I told him no & I had bank statements proving the $$ had been taken for that company.. Then all the sudden I had 2 weeks to get my stuff out.. That was black Friday.. Dec 1st was my last day.. I was out.. I don't recommend.. P.s. they have mice too.. Don't waste your $$ time breath or strength on this P.O.S. company..
