This storage space was the most affordable I could find in Champaign-Urbana. The storage unit was a few miles west of the Frazier Properties office, so it is a little far if you live on UIUC campus or in Urbana. However, it is affordable, available 24/7, and has good customer service.

This place is under renovation so I can't say much about the facility for now. Friendly customer service and great price!
I have never had a storage unit before but with Frazier Properties I made a good choice. No water leakage. Easy access 24 hours. And Paulette is wonderful. I also met Bob Frazier very nice man.
