Over all the pricing is not bad the customer service was great

We were moving and used the unit in transition!! Just went to start getting boxes to take to our home and so far every box was invested with mouse poop & pee!! So far thousands of dollars worth of items damaged. Good luck getting ahold of anyone! We have insurance on our unit and can’t get answers on next steps to get rid of damaged items and get replacement.

Chelsie HackerExtra Space Storage has nice clean safe storage units. They are well lit. I often see an employee out at the units checking on them. He is so kind always asks if everything is going ok with the units. They have good prices. Definitely recommend them!
