I start off by being thankful that I was not redirected to call customer service and risk the endless loop of automated systems. Jimece looked into my account, submitted a ticket, and called me back THE SAME DAY. Not only that, but was incredibly personable and kind (which is becoming a rarity). I appreciate her presence at ExtraSpace Storage and what she brings to the environment.
