Public Storage was great! The people were super nice and helpful, the unit and facility was clean and easily accessible, and the process was simple. They do make you buy a $20 lock that is basically useless after you leave, but that's a small price to pay for great service.
It was incredibly easy to set up a storage unit with public storage. I reserved a unit online then picked a time and date to come in a finish setting it up. They were extremely flexible with me, I missed the original time I was supposed to meet there and the woman called and said it was no issue just to come in a little later. The customer service was amazing and the unit was clean. I would definitely recommend Public storage to others
