This place is horrible I got ripped off and taken advantage of. Any customer service or management is remote. Once you talk to someone they are rude and inconsiderate of situations, their employees cause. My storage locker is the wrong locker that they are charging me for and the rates for the locker went up. The last bill I had got was for $115 within two weeks. It went up to 470 just to be able to get into my locker And I didn’t get the free 30 days that supposed to me automatic when you rent a locker. I bought my locker $68.99 /m with no insurance because it was only clothes June 6th. didn’t move into it until June 9th. By September 9th I owed $470.00 my billing invoice August 31. Had a late fee $20.00 and insurance 16.00 for locker 1003 79.99. Mailed to me stating I owed $115.00 when I tried to pay it they told me I owed them . $470.00 if a month free came with buying the locker then why do I owe this amount. And now I lost everything in the locker. 1003 isn’t even the locker I paid for and out my own lock on. -Melisa Taylor 2025. Customer

Now When I Very First Got the Storage . The Lady At The Counter Was Amazing She was very sweet and we had a good conversation during the process . My Problem Came In After I Moved My Stuff Out Of The Unit . I Moved Out On The 1st of Dec & Called Told Them About It On The 4th To Cancel The Unit . They Basically told me since my account was already charged they can’t give me my money back . I Told Her Yall Just Charged Me For The Month Why Wouldn’t I Get my money back when it’s only been 3 days . It’s Okay Tho I’ll Chuck Up My 80$ Y’all Can Keep It I Will Never Do Business There Or Even Recommend Anyone to Go There !

My unit was broken into at some point within the last 2 months, only found out today. Had a lot of stuff stolen and other things damaged. Main gate has been stuck open for 2 weeks now (from what police have said) and theres not enough cameras on the facility to monitor. Unit next to mine was unlocked and thiefs broke through the walls into mine and unit next to it (walls are sectioned pieces of fiberglass). No employees or managers on site. Was told just to file insurance claim and police report. Not recommended to store. *update: according to police and facility personnel, cameras havent worked for over 18 months with 22 thefts happening within the facility and the home office for Red Dot is aware of their faulty equipment but havent fixed them since. The home office has also been negligent in their regular duties and multiple personnel have been laid off for this issue but little to no resolve for any issues that have been addressed.

Like the whole process done it online went there they have a lock ready for you. Fast and easy although it does say a month free but I haven’t had it a month and the bill was due already the beginning of the month.

Do not rent a storage unit from this place very unorganized and unclean. Arriving to the unit gates We’re already open no code was needed. Stayed open the whole time. we opened it up and both sides of the storage unit damaged and unable to use. When calling for another unit she kept sending us to units already token. When we gave her one that was unlocked and open but had a a dead rat. That one didn’t work out because of the dead rat and in her system she said it was token. Also if you ask for a refund they will mail you a check instead of returning the money to your card…
