I had a great experience with this self storage facility from start to finish. The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the whole property feels very safe. Ron was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, he answered all my questions and made the whole process quick and easy. Access was convenient, pricing was fair with no surprises, and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, stress-free storage!
Lou DantesI had to wait for the employee to finish her phone call before I was attended to. When the person she was talking to heard I was waiting, that person actually told her to attend to me first, otherwise it would have taken longer. I was the only person and she took way too long she could have done way better. She had no clue they were selling some items I was looking for, I showed them the prices and lists of the item I need. She says she never saw them before so she supposes they are gone. After i purchased my item, she was unable to print my receipt and handed me a feeble hand written piece of paper as receipt . I wish I could give a lower rating than possible. I used to have an account with this company that is why I decided to purchase an item, their service is one of the most mediocre!!! The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and feels very secure, which gave me a lot of confidence storing my belongings there.
