I was just informed at work that I need to relocate asap, so I needed to find a place close by that it was nice and affordable. I looked several places non as close as storage rental of America in Decatur and they either didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have units the size I needed or in a not nice neighborhood, far from me or needless to say expensive and rude customer service. Luckily I found storage rental of America through selfstorage.com and the experience was fenomenal, very nice lady helped me and provided me with all I need it. The price was absolutely unbearable including insurance, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s only 5 minutes from my place, and I ended with a unit bigger than what I was looking for. The process took less than 10 minutes and I was able to move in right after that the same day, no need to wait and the unit was ready and clean. Best place so far. I 100% recommended which I already started telling everyone I know about it. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t look any anywhere else. Come here itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth a d you wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be disappointed.
Was not told there is no on sight management. Had to register sitting in my car in your drive way does not make one feel safe. The floor of the locker has mud on it. Plus was told there was going to be a key and a lock in it there was not.
