At 1600 busse in Elk Grove smart storage I was greeted by a gentleman who opened the entry door greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile making me feel that this was the right place Chris walked me through the entire process with a great explanation to how and everything worked from the hours to the storage location from the phone call through the introduction to the last item that I moved in. Chris is a dedicated educated individual on your staff Which in todayﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s world is not easy to find. Thanks for have Chris on your staff. And making my first time a great experience.

I have used other storage facilities, but SmartStop has been outstanding compared to any other. I do not have an unrepaired broken door on my unit like I did with the ”yellow” one, I do not have crawling creatures as I did with a prior company. The past two years, my units have been easy to access and clean enough to sit for a couple hours to go through boxes of paper to whittle down documents handed down. I have been comfortable to let go of unnecessary items, and downsized twice with help from Liz and other staff. I’m glad to have found a place I can trust to store important possessions.

Thought facility was well taken care of and got good deal reserving online. Manager was very helpful.

The only reason I chose this facility (blindly) was because it was recommended by my moving company, Hollander, and is close to their facility. I only needed the unit to store a piano that wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit up my stairs. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad that they recommend it, it was super easy to make the reservation, and Tristian at the front desk make everything very easy. He even let me pick which unit I wanted based on what would work best for me.
