Very clean facility with plenty of carts available to unload.
Easy to get to, immaculate throughout facility, very secure, very happy with unit.
I do not have much experience with storage units but I cannot imagine a better place for our things. We went on a Saturday, filled out the paper work which probably took less than 10 minutes. Man helping us was extremely friendly and informative. He gave us a tour of the facility and showed us our unit. I could not believe how clean this place was. I even asked him if it was a new facility. They have giant garage doors so you can back a moving truck in and unload right in front of the elevators. They provide carts for you as well as any other moving supplies you need. They have clean bathrooms in the unloading area. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very happy with it.

I’ve been a customer at Extra Space Storage in Elmhurst for over 6 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best-run facilities I’ve ever experienced. The property is always exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and—most importantly—safe, which gives me total peace of mind storing my belongings here. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the customer service. Jaqueline is absolutely outstanding. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that customers feel valued. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with unit needs, or just providing a friendly and professional experience, she exceeds expectations every time. He showed us up to our unit and explained things to both my wife and I. My wife appreciated that. The building was clean, a bit cold, but that's ok. I recommend this place 5 stars all day!

Willing to walk all over and even show you how everything might fit best. There was a genius idea mentioned about being able to have a Tetris game within the app. I feel it will keep its clients happy and engaged within the app. Happy to have visited this place and recommend to others.

I especially liked that after the first week, they called to tell me that my lock was not closed. Safety checks are awesome. I'd highly recommend!

Well, let me tell you I found this place on Google and the two people that worked there Tina and Joey are the nicest kindest and most compassionate people and on a day like today that is exactly what I needed.
