A great, personal experience
This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was in a bit of a rush to reserve and begin moving in due to unforeseen circumstances around the holiday. The store Manager was so flexible, friendly, and really went beyond to help me. She gave me a tour, answered questions, and guided me through the process to finish the reservation once I was at the store. It was a GREAT overall experience!!!
Clean, easy to navigate, friendly staff, but long process
Only negative part of my experience was the PCs. The process that normally takes 10 min to complete and secure my unit took over an hour due to both of their computers crashing at least 4 times.

My 85in tv got damaged inside the storage and they told me if I can’t prove it happened inside they will not pay me for it. So they convince u to pay the extra 40-50 bucks in insurance to not pay u if u can’t prove ur shit got damaged inside when I never took it out. Told take it home n they will contact me then told me I did it after showing them before I took it out of storage. Crazy part the tv cost 1250 but when this happened it was on sale for 770 I did not even want the money just wanted my tv replaced or repaired

The entire process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Ally at the front desk was especially outstanding and she was incredibly friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about my storage choice. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great customer service and a stress-free experience!

I thought it was going to be a difficult process. She assured me it was no trouble at all and she was right. From start to finish, everything was a very simple process with this location.
