My experience was exceptional. 2nd visit booking a unit in 3 months. Jordan M. helped me in August and he is by far one of the best assistant manager I have worked with for service. Today in October I was assisted with Ali as I needed two additional units to complete my move. The customer service went over my expectations and he spent over an hour showing me multiple units on different floors. Addressing my questions and all concerns… Kuddos to their Team Lead manner Megan that has trained both of them… what a great example of leadership and customer service as a role model to all.
