Extremely Helpful Staff
The staff made this move so easy for me. I went in originally and got a great deal and everything set up, so the day of my move would be painless.I rented the truck from them which they kindly gave me all day and were great about getting me in and out of the door to get things moving. I can't thank them enough for all their help!

People leave work early. Cannot get a hold of anyone through phone calls. Showing up just to find out no one is around and they screwed up stuff so I couldn't sign online. Had to call customer service to get it figured out and it took over an hour. Why am I being charged an admin fee when no one was there to do their job? Please explain. I won't be storing over a month now.
LaritaI rented a Cubsmart storage this November and my experience so far has been good. Barb was very helpful making the move-in process fast and easy for me. The facilities are neat and clean. I hope they don’t raise the rent to high.
