Great place to store larger trucks. Got into this 30x12 unit to store my larger tow truck which is a wrecker. Matthew was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Was able to look at the units before the rental to make sure my truck fit properly. Will be looking to do long term business here!

THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES!!!! If I could rate you lower I would!!!My experience at this location has been terrible. I moved my furniture, clothes and countless other items in October of 2024. I had been in several occasions and all was well. When I went to get some things in October of 2025 I opened my unit and it was full of roaches. I have only clothes, furniture and house hold appliances in the Unit. Since I reported it I have been given the run around. I was supposed to meet or converse with the supervisor there and she didn't show nor has she ever called me. On that day I did meet with a woman named DD. She has been attentive and responsive, but nothing has been resolved nor does it seem like they care or have any inkling of accountability, responsibility or customer service. I was given the number to the regional manager Justin Carter , he called me back one time and left a Voicemail and never followed up. I've called him numerous times. I stopped my payment due to the infestation and was told if I stopped my payment I would start to incur late fees in addition to monthly charges. So I am still paying on a unit that is infested as result of their negligence. They told me I have to empty it in order to stop payment. To go into a unit infested with roaches is disgusting, unsanitary and potentially harmful to any place I go. I've contacted corporate on several occasions and their only answer is to fill out a claim. Which is a ridiculous process and a conversation for another post , which I will also write. This place has roaches and is ruining people items and accepting zero responsibility and has minimal and callous follow up. I am sure I am not the only one with this complaint as I saw roaches in other areas the day I saw my infestation. I will continue to pursue this matter and continue to contact corporate until I get a reasonable resolution. This place has roaches and the customer service is abysmal. I will attach the few pictures I took as i was not going to fully enter a unit infested with roaches.

It’s been an amazing experience whiles going through a traumatic situation. Dede and Matthew at the Hillside and Broadview locations were so patient with me and helped me pick the right storage unit. I went back and forth for 2 days and never did they let me feel like a loser. Awesome is all I can say. Great team to work with. Thank you for all the laughs. Continue to be great.
