Ajanae UdoI have been a customer of this location for over a year and a half which was not my plan or intended length of stay, due to unfortunate circumstances I had to leave behind my valuables abruptly to move out of state. HOWEVER, I just want to say that Joanne has been such an amazing support and I appreciate her for going the extra mile to ensure my belongings are safe and I know what’s going on. I’ve experienced tremendous loss, having a difficult time financially and although I have experienced some rude representatives before , Joanne has ALWAYS been so kind and nonjudgmental which goes a long way. She has advocated for me, offered words of encouragement which is hard to come by and words are not enough to express my gratitude for the way she cares for the customers here. K JI went into the office frustrated with the transition of ownership. This location was purchased from Extra storage. In my opinion the transition was not smooth from a customers perspective. Joann (office personnel) was able to help me understand the billing process during the transition. Customer service was ineffective at this process. I now realize that public storage is giving me a better deal than Extra Storage. Thank you Joann!
