Switched storage unit companies due to costs and CubeSmart made the change seamless. It’s nice that you can do setup online and actually get into your unit prior to the selected move in date (which let me move in New Years Day). Only complaint was the huge sheet of ice right outside my unit made unloading a little tricky.

Hayley PhlegarBeware! Be sure you do your research and if you’ve read the reviews beforehand good for you! We moved into a unit in January and it is now April. They are already increasing our rent by $55 and it’s only been 3 months!!! They want to move you in and start you with low pricing and then when they know you have so much in the unit already that you probably won’t want to move, they overcharge you for a unit! Spoken with several other tenants and many have received several rent increase notices month after month in the last year. Really wish we had chosen a different company to rent with!

The staff (Michael) were extremely helpful and patient, waiting until we had all the required documents without any pressure. They even let us charge our phone while we were there, which was very thoughtful. Everyone was so friendly, and the atmosphere made us feel less stressed. The compound is clean, organized, and welcoming. We truly appreciate the service and would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for reliable and supportive storage solutions!
