I have twice used Public Storage in Naperville - two different facilities but both on Ogden Avenue. The customer service has been great both times, and both units were CLEAN and DRY and easy to access. Special thanks to JULIE! Photos of last unit rented - move in ready and move out clean.

Kelsey SkulavikI've had a space here for over 2 years now and the rate from when I first rented it has gone up significantly. I believe almost $100 more a month now. So beware of that. Also, the gate wouldn't open from my app today so I got out and tried the key pad, which also didn't work. I called multiple different numbers and no one answered so I couldn't enter my storage space. Super frustrating.
