The day I was moving out was very cold in the 20s my lock had frozen up and I could not get it open. Mike the facility manager saw my issue and was able to open the lock for me. He was very helpful and even replaced the frozen lock. Very nice people to do business with.
Great service at this location! I would hight recommend meeting with Mike. He is great at helping you find the right unit. Place is always clean and easy accessible. I had to put 2 cars into storage and it was a complicated situation. The vehicles arrived on 2 tow trucks. Hattie was AMAZING in helping with the situation. She was very detailed in the paperwork and explaining how storing vehicles worked. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
